    1. it is a correct question with a correct answer the first case in which it is said that it is not the part of the constitution is berubari case 1960 and accepted as as that preamble forms the part of the constitution in case keshavanand bharti v.state of kerala

    2. I think ak Gopalan case,1950 is right answer because in berubari case supreme court declared the preamble as a light house

    3. It is correct , you can check in Laxmikanth or search in google. Initially it was not considered as a part of constitution that is preamble.

  5. Question no 16 is wrong.. Dr Bhimrao Ambedkar described Article 32 of the Constitution as the Saul of the Constitution... How preamble became soul of it..

    1. no dr ambedkar said art 32 has heart and soul of const, that is right to const remedies, pandit thakur Das bhargava,who is a member of constituent assembly said preamble is a soul of const.you can verify it by googling if u want
