ReplyDeleteit is a correct question with a correct answer the first case in which it is said that it is not the part of the constitution is berubari case 1960 and accepted as as that preamble forms the part of the constitution in case keshavanand bharti v.state of kerala
DeleteI think ak Gopalan case,1950 is right answer because in berubari case supreme court declared the preamble as a light house
