Use of the website

The practice questions, explanations and other content on this website are for education and exam preparation. They are based on published rules and Government orders, but they are not official publications. Rules change from time to time, so always check the latest official text before relying on any point for official work.

Digital products

Our ebooks are sold as downloadable PDF files. When you buy an ebook, you get a personal, non-transferable licence to read and print it for your own study. You may not copy, share, upload, resell or distribute the file, or the download link, in any form.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in Indian Rupees on the product page and may change without notice; the price at the time of payment applies. Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. We do not see or store your card, UPI or bank details.

Delivery and refunds

Delivery is digital, straight after payment. Please read our Delivery Policy and Refund Policy.

Intellectual property

All content on this website and in our ebooks, including questions, explanations, designs and covers, belongs to SmartVidya unless stated otherwise. Unauthorised use may lead to legal action.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala shall have jurisdiction.
